The responsibilities of this position are to instruct courses and to direct and supervise the College’s NJCAA Division 1 Women’s basketball program, including budget maintenance, recruiting, and scheduling. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, development and delivery of courses, student recruitment and retention, student advisement, participation in divisional and college activities, committee assignments, institutional effectiveness goals, and professional development, as well as overall support of college programs and student organizations. This position may include some evening, off-campus, online, and summer overload teaching assignments.
