General Functions: The mission of our athletic department is to help student athletes become better individuals, both on and off the court. The coach of the Motlow State women’s basketball team ensures each student-athlete on the team is on a path to graduate, competes on the basketball court at the highest level, and ensures that each student-athlete remains financially and academically eligible to participate in athletics. This head coach supervises a paid assistant coach. This position will also require work in a faculty or staff capacity.
