The Head Coach of Women’s Basketball is responsible for the organization and administration of all aspects of the sport or sports activities including supervision, teaching and implementing skills and strategies, recruiting, budget development, scheduling, purchasing, facility maintenance, public relations, community outreach, and implementation of NCAA policies and regulations.  In the role of Coordinator of Athletic Facilities, this position will oversee the scheduling of athletic facilities and ensure the preparedness of facilities for athletic events and activities. 

Education:

•  Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.

Experience:

• One to two years previous coaching experience and/or training and competitive background indicative of the ability to coach successfully in a NCAA Division III liberal arts college environment.
