The Head Coach for Women’s Basketball is responsible for all aspects of operation and team management including recruitment, training, coaching, fundraising, and retention of quality student-athletes. The Head Coach must guide, develop, and provide leadership in all functions of an effective program.

The primary focus is on the academic success of our student-athletes while running a high-quality basketball program based on integrity, trustworthiness, and transparency.

The Head Coach follows rules and guidelines in accordance with NJCAA and MCCAA, develops preliminary budgets, travel and equipment needs, and schedules. The Coach is also responsible for administrative tasks like Clery reporting, mandatory training, proper use and reporting for the College credit card, and eligibility paperwork. This position hires and oversees assistant coaches.
