Description:
Responsible for conducting a comprehensive, high quality NCAA Division II athletic program within the guidelines of all rules and policies established by the department, the institution, the NE-10 Conference, and the NCAA, in accordance with the academic standards, and the stated mission of Le Moyne College and the Athletic Department, including the advancement of its “Inside the L” shared culture.Responsibilities include exercising discretion and independent judgment in executing daily duties and tasks.
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in the conduct of a collegiate level women’s basketball program with proven success in recruiting high quality student athletes and/or equivalent related experiences.
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply NCAA and NE10 conference rules as they pertain to the women’s basketball program.
  • The successful candidate will be required to be First Aid/CPR/AED certified and to complete all required NCAA DII Institute modules prior to being able to participate in off campus recruiting activities and countable athletically related activities.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills needed.
