This position is responsible for the day to day operation of the women’s basketball program and will assist the Director of Athletics with the long term planning of the program.  Administrative:  This position will be assigned duties relating to academic strengths, experiences and related work.  This position will provide effective leadership and monitor student-athletes to encourage successful academic performance of the women’s basketball team.  The head coaching commitment is estimated to take at least 60% of the position’s time over the course of a year, and the remainder of the commitment will be assigned by the Director according to other education and expertise presented by the Head Coach that fit institutional needs.
