| Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Women’s Women’s Basketball Coach. This is a full time, 10-month reporting position with benefits.The Head Women’s Basketball Coach will be responsible for directing a highly competitive NCAA D-III Women’s Basketball program in accordance and compliance with NCAA, NCAC, and Kenyon College policies and regulations. As the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, the successful candidate will be responsible for all phases of strong leadership in managing a highly competitive college Basketball program: coaching, providing leadership for assistant coaches, scouting, recruiting, instructing, strength training & conditioning, arranging travel, managing budgets, tracking equipment and developing alumni contacts. Other assignments will be defined by the Director of Athletics and may include game management, facility overview, teaching, and / or administration.
