The head coach will direct all aspects of the Women’s Basketball program including, but not limited to, recruiting, scheduling, practice and game management, fundraising, compliance with NAIA, and promoting the spiritual, academic and athletic development of student-athletes. Responsible for the management and administration of all phases of the Women’s Basketball program in the manner that upholds vision, mission, values and objectives of the Judson athletic department and Judson University.
