This is a full-time twelve-month position with benefits responsible for providing leadership of the women’s basketball program. The head coach will be responsible for leading a highly competitive women’s basketball program, including pre-season conditioning, recruiting, scheduling, monitoring of academic program, scheduling all practices, maintaining a budget, and fundraising. The successful candidate must work well with others within the department and demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and cooperation. The head coach will participate in department community relations and other duties assigned by the Director of Athletics.
