Hofstra University, an NCAA Division I institution and a member of the Colonial Athletic Association, is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Head Women’s Basketball Coach. This is a full-time, 12-month position in which the selected individual will be responsible for all aspects involving the women’s basketball program including instructing student-athletes in sport performance and related health and fitness, recruitment of potential student-athletes, and the academic success of student-athletes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the supervision of three full time assistant coaches and a director of operations, in addition to scheduling, match and practice preparation, alumni and public relations, budget management and fund raising efforts.

Candidates must be able to organize and handle all aspects of administration and adhere to the rules and regulations of Hofstra University, the Colonial Athletic Conference, and the NCAA.
