Hesston College seeks a Head Women’s Basketball Coach. As part of the Athletic Department, this full time, benefits eligible position will be responsible for all aspects of the women’s basketball program at Hesston College. Responsibilities include: recruiting, scheduling, managing budget, travel arrangements and mentoring and caring for student athletes. Qualifications include: experience and knowledge of the game of basketball, the ability to teach the skills and strategy of the game, recruiting skills, bachelor’s degree required (master’s preferred), love for students and commitment to Christian higher education and the mission and values of Hesston College.
