The Head Coach is responsible for development, coaching and administration of all aspects of a highly competitive NCAA Division II athletic program. The Head Coach will be responsible for management of department wide programs including but not limited to academic support, game management, serving as a facilities coordinator, recruitment, fundraising, administering budget, procurement of equipment, travel, NCAA compliance, supervision of assistant coaches and volunteers. Head Coach is responsible for all aspects of student-athlete well-being and the student athlete experience.
