Emporia State University, a member of the Mid-American Intercollegiate Athletic Association and NCAA Division II, invites applications and nominations for the position of Head Women’s Basketball Coach. This is a 12 month, full time position with a competitive compensation package and an immediate starting date.

Responsibilities:
The position is responsible for all aspects of the women’s basketball program including: coaching and training of student-athletes for successful competition, recruiting and retaining quality student-athletes, monitoring and supporting the academic progress of student-athletes, planning and conducting comprehensive conditioning program, competition scheduling, supervising and evaluating personnel, managing budgets and records, undertaking promotional and public relations activities that are beneficial to the program and the athletic department as a whole, and other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
