The Head Women’s Basketball Coach is responsible for administering all of the year-round activities of the Division I women’s basketball program including revenue generation and community engagement. The Head Coach is also responsible for administering and managing all facets of the women’s basketball program relating to practice organization, game day management, preparation, player evaluation and recruiting prospective student athletes. The Head Coach must demonstrate the ability to manage a designated budget through qualitative and quantitative analysis. This position requires a strong concern for academic pursuits and the ability to select, train, evaluate, supervise and mentor program staff and team members. The Head Coach must adhere to all policies and procedures of the University, Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference and NCAA. Additional duties may be assigned by the Director of Athletics.
