Connecticut College, a member of the NESCAC, invites applications for the position of Head Coach for the Women’s Basketball program.

The Head Coach manages all facets of a competitive NCAA Division III program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: practice and game preparation, recruiting, scouting, individual player development, and administrative duties in alignment with university, conference, and NCAA regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all daily operations of the women’s basketball program
• Planning and conducting practices and competitions
• Coordinate and execute recruiting efforts, both on and off-campus
• Scout opponents and develop game strategies
• Foster a positive team environment and support student-athlete development
• Ensure compliance with all NCAA, NESCAC, and college rules and policies
• Serve as a representative of the program to the university and local community
