Description:

Serves as the Head Women’s Basketball Coach with the primary responsibility for the development, operation and organization of an NCAA Division II intercollegiate basketball program.

Commitment to the mission and values of a Lutheran University
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree desirable
Three years coaching experience, preferably at the Division II collegiate level
Ability to organize and supervise the operation of an NCAA Division II basketball program
Demonstrate the ability to recruit quality student athletes
Ability to successfully teach basketball skills and techniques
Ability to work cooperatively with students, faculty and staff
Willingness to raise funds for special projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
