Colgate University, an NCAA Division I member of the Patriot League Conference, invites applications for the position of Head Women’s Basketball Coach. Responsibilities will include administering all aspects of the intercollegiate women’s basketball program including, but not limited to, coaching, recruiting, budget management, public affairs, and fundraising. Candidates must demonstrate a significant knowledge of basketball, proven success in coaching basketball at the collegiate or equivalently high level, the ability to recruit, develop and motivate Division I student-athletes, a strong commitment to the academic success of student-athletes, knowledge of and commitment to University, Conference and NCAA regulations, good communication skills and strong leadership. Baccalaureate degree is required. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
