| Description: | Cincinnati Christian University is in search for a Head Women’s Basketball Coach. This position will lead the Women’s Basketball program. This position reports to the athletic director. This position is not eligible for benefits. Lead all phases of an women’s basketball program; Develop and implement practice, game plans and strategies; Recruit within NAIA guidelines; Teach advanced basketball skills; Assist with monitoring of student academic progress; Oversee transportation of the team; Participate in fundraising activities; Processing of appropriate institutional and conference paperwork; Work with Athletic Director, department and athletic commissioners to ensure compliance with all NAIA rules and regulations; Attend practices and games on weekday afternoons, evenings and weekends; Perform other related duties as required and/or assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrated experience as a basketball coach Demonstrated understanding of NAIA basketball rules and regulations PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Three Years of Head Coaching Experience at the High School or College level preferred Bachelor’s degree |
