Minimum Qualifications: 

Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a regionally accredited institution plus three (3) years of  experience as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach of basketball at the post-secondary level. A Master’s degree will  substitute for two years of coaching experience. One year or more of prior supervisory experience is preferred. Valid  state Driver’s License is required.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Manages and administers the Women’s Basketball program. Recruits, develops and manages staff and team members;  manages resources and budgets; promotes and markets the Women’s Basketball program and events; and enforces  National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and Florida College System Activities Association (FCSAA)  regulations and College policies
