Under the general supervision of the Athletics Director and the Senior Associate Athletics Director/Senior Woman Administrator, the incumbent will direct all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division II women’s basketball program including but not limited to: coaching, recruiting, maintenance of a strong academic environment, compliance with NCAA, conference and institutional regulations, retention of students, management of scholarship and operations budget, fundraising, organizing practice, developing season and competition schedule.
