Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania is seeking a Head Women’s Basketball Coach (AA# 07-5-354) who possesses the coaching expertise and organizational skills needed to lead a successful NCAA Division II Women’s basketball program. The role is a full-time, 12-month position which requires overseeing and administering the organization and supervision of all aspects of an NCAA Division II women’s basketball program, including: recruitment of qualified student-athletes with a commitment to academic success, ability to relate to student-athletes, compliance with NCAA, Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC), and Bloomsburg policies and regulations, scheduling, CPR certification, practice and game planning, budget management, fundraising, staff supervision, community engagement, camps and clinics, and other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics. AAnticipated start date of May 15, 2016, but is negotiable. Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience; an excellent benefits package is included.
