| Description: | As the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, this position is responsible for managing an intercollegiate basketball program to include recruiting, instructing, and coaching students and coordinating various program related activities. The head coach of the Women’s Basketball Coach is required to abide by the rules and regulations established by Bay College and the National Junior College Athletic Association. This individual will serve as an Assistant Athletic Director with either responsibilities of compliance/game day management OR sports information director for the Norse Athletics Department. |
