The responsibilities include implementation and management of all phases of a competitive NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball program in accordance with NCAA, Southwestern Athletic Conference, and University regulations including all administrative operations and on-court coaching. Recruit and retain high skill level student athletes, recruit and retain academically sound student athletes, scheduling, team travel, managing budget(s), supervising and evaluating assistant coaches, supervising and evaluating student-athletes, fund-raising, promoting and monitoring the academic progress of student athletes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Master’s degree preferred.

Knowledge of NCAA rules.

College Coaching Experience.

Committed to student athlete academic success.
