Cedar Crest College is seeking a Head Basketball Coach who will also serve as the athletic department Operations Coordinator. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to serve as an NCAA Division III Head Women’s Basketball Coach, while also coordinating facility scheduling and management of all home game operations, Athletics special events and summer camps as well as supervising assigned staff. Coaches are also expected to develop, coordinate and manage an active recruitment and retention program for student athletes. This is a full-time, 12-month position within the Student Affairs Division, reporting to the Director of Athletics, Wellness and Recreation.

A Bachelor’s degree and at least two year’s prior experience coaching basketball at the collegiate level are required. Candidates must also have demonstrated success at effectively recruiting and retaining student-athletes. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations necessary. The successful candidate will have strong organizational, time management and communication skills in addition to a strong commitment to player and student development. Current CPR, First Aid and AED certifications are also required.
