| Description: | Manage the JV program. Run some JV practices, skill development sessions, manage academics, JV travel, budgeting, schedule games, coordinate fundraising, and perform other duties as assigned. Assists the head coach with various aspects of the women’s basketball program including practices and conditioning, player development, recruiting, and supporting the academic development and graduation of student-athletes. Perform other duties as assigned. Most posses a valid drivers license. |

Highly qualified applicants will possess a college degree from a four year institution, coaching experience at the collegiate level or high school level, recruiting ties to Southern California, the NJCAA, and the CCCAA. Must have a strong background in player skill development and experience managing and developing fundraising opportunities. Candidates expected to spend a minimum of 10 hours a week with the program. The position will remain open until filled.
