Responsibilities:

Responsible for direction and development of High School Girls Basketball Program

• Develop program philosophy and instructional process for High School Girls Basketball team.
• Institute program wide development plan throughout younger age groups.
• Conduct all practices.
• Transport student-athletes to and from games.
• Communicate directly with parents.
• Attend practices and games.
• Create off-season training program.
• Conduct youth development summer camp.
• Develop initiatives to grow program interest.

Position reports to Athletic Director

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or higher
• Prior coaching and/or competitive playing experience

*Full-Time teaching positions may be available for qualified applicants.

Must be able to complete the following prior to employment:

• Current AZ Teaching Certificate or NFHS Accredited Interscholastic Level 1 Coaching Certificate
• NFHS Concussion Certificate
• Updated CPR/First Aid Certification
• IVP AZ Fingerprint Card
• 2 Letters of Recommendation or References
