Manage all aspects of the Women’s Basketball program, including but not limited to: recruitment and retention of academically and athletically qualified student-athletes, day to day operations, coaching and conditioning of athletes, practice and game preparation, team travel and budget management, hiring and supervising an assistant coach, and compliance with NCAA, conference, and college rules and regulations.
