Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education or a related field. A Master’s Degree in Physical Education or a related field is preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of four (4) years of intercollegiate basketball coaching experience. Excellent interpersonal, teaching and communications skills are essential. Experience coaching and mentoring diverse student populations, and/or experience promoting diversity initiatives – including efforts at creating communities of inclusion – is highly desirable.
