Previous coaching experience at the collegiate level strongly preferred; knowledge of NCAA Division 3 regulations preferred; must have the ability to motivate staff and student-athletes to achieve department and university goals; must be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills; have familiarity with intercollegiate athletics and its relationship to NCAA Division III; must be able to display the capacity to interact with those individuals critical to the advancement of women’s basketball and athletics programs at Trine University.
