The College of William & Mary is seeking an outstanding individual with the following qualifications: demonstrated coaching skills, preferably at the NCAA Division I level; strong communication skills; and familiarity with selective academic institutions. Responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects involved in running a successful NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Program, including student-athlete recruitment and development, budget management, team operations, scheduling, assisting in fund raising efforts for the program, and compliance with College, Colonial Athletic Association and NCAA policies and regulations.
