The Head Women’s Basketball Coach is directly responsible for all aspects of the NCAA Division III women’s basketball program, which includes, but not limited to: the recruitment of quality student-athletes; retaining student-athletes in the program; practice and game preparation; scheduling and budget management; hiring, supervising and evaluating assistant coaching staff; adherence to all NCAA Division III, SUNYAC and institutional policies and procedures. Secondary responsibilities include assisting with coordination of the Athletics Department’s Student-Athlete Life Skills Program.
