Plans, directs, and administers all aspects of the women’s basketball program including fiscal management
Coaches, recruits and provides academic oversight for student-athletes
Supervises staff
Ensures compliance with University, NCAA, and OVC rules and regulations
Develops and administers summer camps and clinics
Promotes Southeast Missouri State University and its athletics programs through community involvement, public relations and fund raising under the direction of the Director of Athletics
