-Promote the professional growth and development of the Athletic Department and the Women’s Basketball Program in keeping with the high level of educational standards established by the Department and the College
-Develop, revise, and implement educational goals and objectives established by the department in consistency with College goals and objectives
-Responsible for initiating and justifying budget request for each new academic year
-Responsible for knowing and following the rules set forth by the college, NJCAA and OCCAC
-Responsible for recruiting quality student athletes
-Responsible for scheduling all athletic contests within guidelines established by the Athletic Department
Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred
-A minimum of 2 years coaching experience as an Assistant or higher level at the College/University level or as a Head Varsity basketball coach at the High School level required; college or high school level playing and teaching experience preferred
