Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
* Successful previous college coaching experience
* Experience with proper budget management
* Ability to enhance the lives of student athletes
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy student-oriented setting
* Ability to initiate and complete tasks within demanding time limits
* Experience in or exposed to the community college environment desirable
