Duties and responsibilities of the Head Coach for Women’s Basketball include leading, managing, coaching and recruiting high level players. Overseeing all bugetary, travel and other logistical aspects for the Women’s Basketball Program. Working as a flexible and cooperative member of the Ranger College coaching staff.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
• Experience recruiting high-level/competitive athletes
• Successful previous college coaching experience
• Experience with proper budget management
• Ability to enhance the lives of student athletes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to initiate and complete tasks within demanding time limits
• Experience in or exposed to the community college environment desirable
