| Description: | Pomona College: The Department of Physical Education is currently accepting applications for a Head Coach of Women’s Basketball/Assistant Professor of Physical Education, starting July 1, 2016. At Pomona College, physical education professors are full members of the faculty on continuing contracts instead of tenure. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of Pomona-Pitzer’s competitive NCAA Division III Women’s Basketball program, teaching activity classes in the physical education program and assigned administrative duties. The department is particularly interested in candidates who have experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and a demonstrated commitment to improving access to higher education for underrepresented students. |
