The Women’s Basketball Coach is responsible for organizing and overseeing all phases of the basketball program to include the following:
Organizes and directs practice and game activities (25%)
Recruitment of quality student/athletes (20%)
Game preparation and strategy (15%)
Fiscal management skills (10%)
Scheduling (10%)
Organizing camps and clinics (10%)
Knowledge of and adherence to NAIA/NCCAA rules and regulations (10%)
