| Description: | The Head Women’s Basketball Coach serves as head coach and chief administrator of the OCU women’s basketball program. The Head Coach will build and manage the women’s basketball program to ensure the competitive performance of the team as well as the development of each student-athlete. OCU competes as a member of the NAIA and Sooner Athletic conferences. The Head Coach reports directly to the Athletic Director and is a member of the Athletics Department. |
