The head women’s basketball coach has the responsibility for the overall operation of the women’s intercollegiate basketball program in accordance with Northern Kentucky University (NKU), and National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) and the Atlantic Sun Conference (A-Sun) rules and regulations. The head coach must have a commitment to the philosophy of providing a competitive NCAA Division I basketball program that emphasizes integrity and the educational welfare of its student-athletes.
