Northampton Community College has an immediate opening for a Head Women’s Basketball Coach. This is a part-time position with no benefits.

Northampton seeks a dynamic, high-achieving individual to coordinate all aspects of its nationally-ranked NJCAA Division III Women’s Basketball program. Duties to include recruitment and retention of team members, game and practice planning and team travel arrangements. The preferred candidate will have a commitment to academic success and NJCAA compliance along with a strong ability to relate to student-athletes. Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in the college and community. The ability to work respectfully and effectively in a multi-ethnic/multi-cultural environment with students, faculty and staff as well as communicating effectively to employees/staff and community organizations.
