Under the direction of the Athletics Director, the Head Women’s Basketball Coach will be responsible for the organization and administration of an NAIA basketball program that competes in the Frontier Conference (FC).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS •A Bachelor’s degree with two or more years related experience in student-athlete and or coaching •Significant and successful demonstrated coaching experience •Excellent interpersonal communication skills DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS •Experience coaching the collegiate level •Knowledge and demonstrated experience with NAIA regulations •Demonstrated experience in team management •Proven experience in recruiting successful student athletes consistent with NAIA guidelines •Experience in fostering positive internal and external public relations •Experience in recognizing, supporting, and referring student athletes for needed academic and personal support •Ability to work independently and manage people and projects •Successful experience in fundraising
