Mitchell College, and our championship winning NCAA Division III athletic program, is currently seeking a full-time Head Women’s Basketball Coach. Under direct supervision of the Athletic Director, this position is responsible for maintaining and building upon a successful women’s basketball team. Additional duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities and Duties: Formulate a successful philosophy which promotes the educational welfare and sportsmanship of the student-athlete, ensuring compliance with Title IX and NCAA, NECC rules and regulations. Develop a recruiting plan (Front Rush) and maintain a roster for the women’s basketball team that supports the goals and mission of athletics and the College Prepare and adhere to a yearly budget for the women’s basketball program. Travel and work a flexible schedule in order to meet the needs of various use groups and programs of the College Hire, train, supervise and evaluate Assistant Coach(s).
