Description:	Recruit potential college athletics. Coaches or directs Professional Athletic Team Coach to instruct players in techniques of game. Plan and develop a recruitment plan. Create the sports annual budget for funding throughout the year. Conduct fundraising activities that will help support their particular sport. Supervise, conduct, and control all practice and training sessions. Lead and develop programs that will strengthen the character of the student athletics. Compose and compile all game statistics. Maintain a professional looking complex for recruits, visiting teams, students and alumni. Other duties may be assigned.
