Coaching at all practices and all games both home and away
Recruiting of players/team members
Team administration to include all documentation necessary for NJCAA and College administrative compliance
Supervision of players at all times
Revenue generation (fundraising) and media responsibilities.
Employee is expected to develop a successful fundraising program that attracts spectators’ interest and attendance and public support through donations.
Establish/maintain compliance with appropriate regulations to include, but not limited to:
Adherence to NJCAA constitution, by-laws and interpretation of such documents; adherence to all Region rules and interpretation of such documents; College rules and policies; adherence to the Code of Conduct for both athletes and coaches; administration of the rules for that particular program; adherence to both College and NJCAA recruiting requirements; adherence to rules governing academic standards, requirements and policies.
