Kean University is seeking a full-time Head Coach responsible for all aspects of the Division III Women’s Basketball Program in the highly competitive New Jersey Athletic Conference. Reporting to the Director of Athletics and Recreation, the Head Coach coordinates and oversees all aspects of the Women’s Basketball program with strict adherence to all University, NJAC and NCAA regulations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruitment and retention of student-athletes; scheduling; fund raising; travel arrangements; budget; and related work as required.
