Hillsborough Community College is a Division I member of the NJCAA which competes in the Suncoast Conference. This head coach position is responsible for providing exemplary student-athlete experience emphasizing academic achievement, personal development, social responsibility and competitive excellence. Responsibilities include organizing, developing and administering all phases of the women’s basketball program including on-court coaching, recruitment, budget management, fundraising, ordering of equipment, administering the schedule and team travel arrangements, and the supervision of assistant coaches.
