Frostburg State University, Athletics Department, is accepting applications for a full-time Head Women’s Basketball Coach. This position is responsible for the overall success, performance, and conduct of the women’s basketball program. Position includes USM benefits package. Application deadline is September 13, 2013.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assign duties and supervise a coaching staff; recruit, retain, and graduate academically successful student-athletes. Monitor and advise student-athletes in order to ensure academic progression and athletic success. Evaluate video and develop realistic plans for improvement. This position also is responsible for promoting the program through public relations activities, alumni, and friends of women’s basketball relationships. This position will have a second duty to be determined by the Athletics Director based on the selected individual’s qualifications.
