Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the Head Coach of Women’s Basketball will oversee all aspects of a competitive Division III women’s basketball program. Responsibilities will include- but will not be limited to- scheduling, coaching, recruiting, budgeting, fundraising, and all travel associated with the women’s basketball program. The successful candidate will mentor and coach student-athletes and will assist student-athletes in the development of basketball skills and an understanding of basketball strategies necessary to succeed. This individual will recruit student-athletes who meet the University’s academic standards and who can compete at the collegiate level. The successful candidate will schedule practices and games, participate in budget development, fundraise, and participate in committees and provide service to the Department, University, and Profession.
