The Head Women’s Basketball Coach will be responsible for all aspects of directing the women s basketball program, including: designing and implementing a strategy to recruit qualified student-athletes; designing practice plans and conducting practice sessions; preparing strategies for competition; providing support for the academic progress of student-athletes; developing and maintaining effective interactions with students and faculty/staff; comply with NAIA, Sun Conference and ERAU rules and regulations; provide leadership in community service events for the program; fulfill additional administrative duties as assigned.
