• Provide leadership in the academic, personal, and athletic development of student-athletes at Dixie State University.
• Direct and coordinate all activities in the planning, organizing, and coaching of the Dixie State Women’s Basketball program.
• Ensure compliance by all coaches and student-athletes with University, Pacific West Conference, and NCAA procedures and regulations.
• Hire, supervise, and direct all full- and part-time and volunteer assistant coaches in proper function and assignments.
• Create an atmosphere and recruit student-athletes for the program that fit the Dixie State University and NCAA Division II philosophy for athletics.
